Eco club has been established in Govt. Degree College Diggal with the motive to create awareness in the students about their environment. The eco club plays an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generations. It is a voluntary group that promotes the participation of students in learning about and improving their environment.
Activities under eco club:
• Tree plantation drives
• Sensitize the students to minimize the use of plastic bags
• Promote ethos of conservation of water
• Cleanliness drives in and around the campus
• Organize rallies to spread environmental awareness
